Principals

Robert P. Korda founded RPK Development Corporation in 1980
for the purpose of management real property, specializing in govern-
ment housing and properties regulated by various local agencies. As
President, CEO, and CFO of RPK Development, he takes a leading
role in the expansion of his company into a multi-dimensional real
estate enterprise. Robert oversees the financial status of all properties
and continues to pursue a diverse range of acquisition opportunities
bringing ongoing growth to the business. Always dedicated to the
Korda/RPK philosophy of offering high-quality and skilled management, and making
a valuable contribution to the Southern California community and beyond.


Erika Korda began her career in construction management, supervis-
ing projects of several prominent construction companies in Southern
California. In 1982 she joined her brother Robert in partnership and
has since managed many family owned properties in Hollywood, the
San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills, and West Los Angeles. Together
they built hundreds of units in apartment buildings, condominiums and
single family homes. Since 2004 Erika has been the Senior Director
of Management of all properties, overseeing the daily operation
and maintenance of both residential and commercial buildings. She acts as Project
Supervisor of ongoing construction and rehabilitation projects from planning through
completion.


Management

Dalia Pelleg, Office Manager
Dalia began her property management career in 1986 as an
administrator, specializing in construction and operation of senior
living communities. She joined Korda Group/RPK in 1990 as Office
Manager, and oversees the daily management and operation of the
company. Dalia handles all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and
financing of properties as well as special projects related to real estate
development, construction management and financing. She has been
instrumental in the growth of the Korda Group portfolio of assets and management.


Debbie Atilano, NAHP-e, RAM, CPO
Director of Property Management

Debbie has specialized in the management field of affordable
housing since 1985 and joined RPK Development in 1996.
She is responsible for the day to day management of all affordable
properties. Debbie is the past President of AHMA-PSW, the Affordable
Housing Management Association of the Pacific South West and is
a current board member and Chairman of AHMA-PSW foundation.
She has an excellent record with the Federal Housing agencies in Washington DC
and Los Angeles and works closely with all local housing authorities.


Lara Bridges, Accounting Manager
Lara has worked in property management since 1975, managing such
diverse properties as: University housing, vacation resorts, apartments,
manufactured home communities, ministorage warehouses and over 3.5
million sq.ft. of multi-tenant industrial property. She primarily served as
the Director of Operations in the field of property management before
joining Korda Group/RPK in 2001 as Accounting Manager. She also
manages Human Resources and MIS Departments.


Heather Carter, Senior Property Manager
Heather oversees the operation of the commercial portfolio of properties
in Southern and Northern California. She has been managing commercial
properties since the mid 1990’s. Heather has successfully handled due
diligence and property acquisitions of on numerous commercial properties
within the company. She has reduced operating costs by an average of
15%. Heather recently handled a $500,000 renovation project for a
distressed property in Chatsworth with upgrades of many systems.
Heather is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
and holds the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and is a Facilities
Management Administrator (FMA) candidate. She is a licensed real estate professional
in the state of California.
